The Zoll AED Plus defibrillator offers a special feature. The Zoll AED Pro Simulator is an accessory for the Zoll AED Pro or Plus Defibrillator. It is used to test or train a person in how to use the defibrillator. It can be plugged in to either the Pro or Plus model.
The Zoll AED Simulator/tester gives an ECG rhythm simulation,CPR simulation, and a Rhythm conversion after shock.
Zoll also offers a Zoll AED Plus Training unit which lets students practice real device operation using AHA training scenarios.Identical graphical interface is used with audio and visual prompts which mimic the AED Plus in look and operation. Screen messages and audio voice prompts guide the user from all aspects of the sudden cardiac arrest. That includes the arrival on the scene, calling for help,administering CPR, and shock delivery. A hand held remote allows the instructor to choose from 8 preprogrammed AHA scenarios and a manual scenario function, plus an “Attach Pads”, “Low Battery”,and a “Call for Service” simulations. The Training unit is powered by 6 “C” cell batteries. These accessories would make you more comfortable in using a defibrillator in a real situation.

My father hasn’t missed a trip to hunting camp in 60 years, and he wasn’t about to stay home this year either.
